Diet is associated with beginning and end while healthy way of eating is what changes you and makes you love what you eat.
Many people are trapped with diet because they say “they are only 30 days, I will be starving for a while”, or they don’t eat certain foods and then they start old way, they make the wrong choice and not only do they not reach their goal, but they feel even worse from the beginning or yo-yo affect appeared.
That is why it is good to talk about nutrition – a way of eating that has no end that will allow you to achieve your goals and feel good in your body.
If you need to make a change to your eating habits at first, then let it go in the direction of slow and balanced eating.
What is important is composition of the meal not the calories.
Talking about food, most people associate it with calories, but not with carbohydrates, fats and protein.
Above all, we eat food and yes – what matters is calories from what food comes from the calories, what we eat in order to feel good, energetic, healthy, reach our goals and improve ourselves.
In our menu it is important to dominate whole and unprocessed foods – meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts, unrefined fats, whole grains, water.
Sugar, trans fats, refined products, canned foods, semi-finished products and similar products should be kept away.
